Realme is gearing up to unveil its newest budget smartphone, the Realme 14x 5G, in India on December 18. This device is expected to come with a fresh chip, enhanced camera capabilities, and exciting features tailored for the mid-range market. There are rumours that it might boast an IP69 rating, and the price is likely to be below Rs 15,000.

The Realme 14x 5G will be available for purchase upon its launch on December 18 at 12 PM via Flipkart. Customers will have the option to choose from three attractive colors: Crystal Black, Golden Glow, and Jewel Red.

The upcoming Realme 14x 5G is expected to showcase a vibrant 120Hz display, featuring a 6.67-inch HD+ IPS LCD screen. It might be equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 5G processor, providing up to 18GB of RAM (8GB physical plus 10GB virtual) and a maximum storage option of 128GB.

For photography enthusiasts, the device will include a 50MP main camera. Under the hood, the device will be powered by a 6,000mAh battery that supports fast charging at 45W. The company claims that its 5G connectivity will be 115% stronger.
In terms of durability, the smartphone is designed to be shock-resistant and is promoted as “fall-proof.” It also has IP69 rating for dust and water resistance, a standout feature in its price segment. According to the rumours, the smartphone is likely to be priced below Rs.15,000.
